1. Shipping Origins & Destinations

Orders are dispatched from our US Warehouses or Mainland China, depending on your order details and stock availability.

Primary shipping to the US 48 States via local US warehouses.

International (from China):

Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and most European countries.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:

Differs by product. Popular styles typically ship within 2-3 business days. Weekend/Holiday orders process the following business day.

Shipping Estimates:

  • US-RTS US Stocked: 3-7 working days.
  • CHN-RTS China (Sea): 40-50 working days.
  • Air China (Air): 9-15 working days.
  • International (Canada/UK/EU): 45-55 working days via sea.

Note: Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or logistics capacity.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: Contact us immediately. Once processed, we cannot change the address. Fees may apply.
  • Cancellations: Accepted anytime before processing. If already dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
  • Refused Delivery: Not recommended. Refunds for refused packages will be minus all shipping costs and applicable taxes.

5. Transit Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the parcel and items.
