By submitting a request through SubPro, you agree to the conditions listed below. These arrangements are made to ensure you are fully aware of our return procedures and to provide a professional service for all Besin customers.

15-Day Return Window

We maintain a 15-day return policy. You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Product State: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Shipping Responsibility

1. Seller Responsibility

(Defective products, wrong item/size/color, etc.)

  • We will issue a full refund or a free exchange.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us within reasonable limits. Please contact our team before sending the package.

2. Buyer Responsibility

(Wrong order placed, no longer needed, change of mind, etc.)

  • We will issue a partial refund (original shipping charges deducted).
  • Return shipping and any reshipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at service@subpro.store to request a Return Authorization.
Step 2: Upon approval, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Pack your items securely and drop them off at FedEx.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
